Being a Wellness and Nutrition coach as well as Fitness Professional, I am able to delve deeper into some of the habits and causes which may be contributing to your struggle with weight or relationship with food and exercise. We will look into your nutrition, physical fitness, sleep, stress, and emotional well being to help you get to the root of the cause and find the right balance moving forward. We will also be diving into areas such as your values, core beliefs, self-talk, map of the world and your purpose in life.
