Big rocks exercise

So often in our lives we can let the little things become big things and the big things become little things. For example, letting our physical health go down the drain because we’re too busy focusing on getting back to those last few unimportant emails or finishing those chores that can easily wait. The big rocks exercise is designed to help you have a visual representation of not just the big and little things in your life but also the contrast between the things that are most important to you and the things where you are spending the most time. Be honest with yourself in this exercise and know that we all get caught up putting too much time and energy into the wrong things from time to time.
