I’m Jess, your Mindbody Fit Coach!

I’m a Health and Fitness Coach for busy working Mum’s who are ready to prioritise themselves again. I help them take back control of their mind and body through the breaking and building of habits so that they feel energised, empowered and excited about life again. I show them how to become the healthiest, happiest and best version of themselves in as little as 60 minutes per week and without cutting out the wine! ….So essentially I can help you get your shit together in the least amount of time and without sacrificing all of your fun! 😉

In my own mindbody fit journey, I’ve tried just about everything you can think of! From chronic dieting, overtraining, meditation, yoga and long bouts of intense (and miserable) cardio but never really feeling good after any of it. Then motherhood came along and I realised not only were these methods not achieving anything but I now no longer had the time, energy or effort for any of them. That realisation sent me down a path to discover just what it takes to work, parent AND prioritise my health and fitness all at the same time. And what I discovered changed my life forever…

Mind and body fitness is far simpler than you think!

You don’t need any crazy workout routines nor any strict diets or hours on end to meditate. In fact, most of the success with health and fitness transformations is found in the simple things. The breaking and building of habits, the dives into what you do and why you do it and the small mindset shifts. Combine this with an efficient (not excessive) exercise routine, small nutrition changes, a little time for you and Voilà – you’ve found the perfect recipe for ongoing total wellness! A recipe which helps you bring back importance to you, as well as helps you be the best version of yourself for not just your family but also for your work.

It’s the secret I’ve discovered in creating a holistic plan which covers fitness, nutrition AND mindset that can take you from burnt out and just holding on at work and at home to energised, balanced and back in control.
