WOMEN’S TRANSFORMATION COACH

Transformations come in all shapes and sizes. They aren’t just about what’s transformed on the outside but also what has changed and flourished on the inside too. Through coaching I will teach you how to identify your limiting beliefs of yourself (and the world) and break through them. How to regain control of your life and your life’s experiences and guide yourself back onto the path that you desire. How to build on the powerful woman that you already are and how to use your strengths and weaknesses to become your healthiest and best version of you yet. 

My coaching style is holistic as I believe everything in life is connected and in order to find the right balance we need to delve deep into all areas. My experience with helping women with their health over the last 6 years has allowed me to gain profound insights into the struggles all women face, however, also understand how unique individual circumstances and situations are. I will support you, challenge you, listen to you, encourage you and guide you to finding the ultimate version of yourself. 

Our time together will include Zoom calls, weekly tasks, accountability, powerful questioning, practical tools and much more. We will together discover what blocks you have in your path and navigate how to work through them and move you forward to where you want to be. The coaching is one on one and will come with my full dedication and commitment to you so make sure you are ready to be fully committed as we go together on the path to discover your best you yet.

PATH 1

1 x one hour Zoom video session per month

  • Weekly check ins & accountability
  • Monthly assignments
  • Applicable tools to help drive change
  • Deep dives into nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, habits and blockages.

PATH 2

2 x one hour Zoom video sessions per month

  • Weekly check ins & accountability
  • Email and text support to make sure we’re on track
  • Monthly assignments
  • Applicable tools to help drive change
  • Food and Movement Audit (if applicable)
  • Deep dives into nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, habits and blockages.

PATH 3

2 x one hour Zoom video sessions per month + 4 x in person 2 hour quarterly reviews.

  • Weekly check ins & accountability
  • Email and text support to make sure we’re on track
  • Monthly assignments
  • Applicable tools to help drive change
  • Food and Movement Audit (if applicable)
  • Deep dives into nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, habits and blockages.

*In person quarterly reviews include lunch + all applicable reviewing items and strategies. All will take place in Brisbane, Australia.

WHAT EACH SESSION INCLUDES

Each session will go for between 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes to ensure we get through all that’s necessary and aren’t rushed.
