Happy Monday! Here are 3 things just for you this week.
1: Resistance training is not only great for the body, it’s great for the mind. It can increase your mental strength, your self confidence and your mood. Lift weights.
2: If you’re feeling stuck, don’t underestimate the power of simply taking one step forward. One step forward is still movement and over time those steps forward build momentum. Feeling stuck is an awful feeling, focus on just taking one step.
3: You are more powerful than you know. What ground could be made this week if instead of focusing on your weaknesses you focused on your strengths? What you focus on, you find. Focus on your strengths.
