Where do you want to be by the end of the year?

So… it’s September! 🤯

How mindblowing is that! I don’t know about you but for me this year has gone by so fast!

As well as fast, this year has been mostly unpredictable and as the pandemic continues on, that unpredictability is set to continue.

With little surety on what will happen with borders, travel, lockdowns, vaccinations and everything else Covid-19, this can sometimes leave us feeling out of control. However, if we stop focus on the things we can’t control and start focusing on the things we can, it’s surprising just how much of an impact we can make.

With 4 months left of the year it’s a great time to ask yourself, where do I want to be at the end of it? Where am I now? And what can I do to bridge the gap?

Don’t worry if you’re not where you want to be currently, that serves no purpose. Instead, know exactly where you are now and begin to put in motion some actions that will move you closer to where you want to be.

Do you want to be fitter? What exercise can you introduce into your weeks between now and Christmas?

Do you want to read more? What book can you go out and finish reading by end of year?

Do you want to eat cleaner? What new recipes can you try this week to make at least 2 meals a week healthier than they have been?

Covid-19 might be somewhat out of our control, however, how we react to it and what we do with our time isn’t. You might not be able to guarantee where you’ll be at Christmas time but you can almost certainly guarantee how you’ll be feeling about yourself.

There’s 4 months left of the year, where do you want to be by then? What are you going to do to get there?
