The average human lifespan spans across 79 years. That’s 947 months. That’s 28, 835 days and 642, 020 hours. That may seem like a lot of hours, however, when you stop to consider the fact that you’ve spent 168 of those hours just in the last week, you can see how time flies by. Knowing we have this limited time in our lives can often highlight the need and importance of goals, however, what can often get missed is the need and importance of fun! Life is here to be lived, enjoyed, appreciated. You want that 79 years to be filled with not only great health but also fun, delight, relaxation, joy and uncontrollable smiles and laughter. Don’t let fun get in the way of you achieving your goals, similarly, don’t let your goals get in the way of you having fun. A road to good health should always be filled with both.
