It doesn’t really matter, so long as you move. Let that sink in. It’s so easy to get caught up in going fast or going perfectly or going continuously towards our goals with no setbacks, however, none of that really matters as long as we’re moving forward. Progress is progress, no matter how big or small. If we focus too much on our pace or our perfection, we often find ourselves in the situation of one step forward, two steps back. It’s our small incremental changes daily that ultimately lead to the path we walk in life. The apple instead of the chocolate bar, the burger without the chips, the gym session instead of the couch, the meditation instead of the netflix episode. These small decisions accumulate like interest in your bank account over time and believe me, they pay off. Knowing this, what can you implement today that takes little to no effort but over time will bring you much closer to your goals?
