CHOICES.

“Life is the sum of all your choices”

Albert Camus

It is estimated that the human brain makes 35,000 decisions daily. That’s 35,000 choices in a 24 hour period. Considering on average most of us sleep 7 hours per night, that’s about one decision every 2 seconds. Will you get up or hit snooze? Will you go to the gym or put on the TV? Will you dress up or dress down? Will you have breakfast or just coffee? Though often appearing small and unimportant, our choices are often referred to as the catalyst which ultimately decides our path in life and the quality of our years. With 35,000 in front of you today, what decisions can you make to ensure the equation is in your favour?
